Development / Test API

I've reviewed the help, FAQ's, and the forums here, but I haven't been able to find anything about a development/test API we can use while building out our API. The only relevant post I could find was Cannot test the API with Apiary
Is there another URL we can use for development? Something other than http://api.themoviedb.org?

No, we only offer the single URL.
Just to help me understand your request a little better, why are you hesitating to use the production end point?

Trying to be a good net-citizen and not hit the production sever during our own internal testing / development. Other than that.... none.
For instance, if we perform integration testing during builds, I'd rather hit a test server to keep from stressing the production server with unnecessary requests.
