There are about 100 pages with "10" films, and (mostly) everyone have 1 vote ... can you made some sort of limitation, say as 10 votes as minimum for counting?

vote_count.gtefilter.http://docs.themoviedb.apiary.io/#reference/discover/discovermovie

Yep, but this is about web not API.
Here https://www.themoviedb.org/movie/top-rated seems work some limitation
But here https://www.themoviedb.org/discover/movie not, so vote sorting is unusable.
