Popular Actors by year?

I read the documentation for the API. I was wondering if there was any chance in the future that you could filter the popular actors/actresses based on the year. I know IMDB doesn't have that sort of data, so I don't know if that's possible at all. Thanks ahead of time!

So are you thinking kind of /discover/person method? How are you looking for these people (other than year)? Lastly, when you say filtering by year, do you mean if they have a credit for a movie/tv show in that year or by their birthday?

I would like to see a /discover/person method where you can filter on birth place, birthdate, etc.
