Problem requesting another api key

Hello, A few weeks ago I requested a commercial api key for a project that I will develop. I've got a replay to reapply for a developer api key for the moment. The problem is when I go on api link where I firstly apply for the key, I get the following error :
"We've run into a snag!
There was a problem trying to load this page. If you would like to share what happened, please let us know on the forums."
What should I do in this situation ?

thanks, It's working now, one more question I will develop the application on developer api key then if I wan't to publish it on a store will I need to replace the api key with a commercial use before or after publishing it ? because if I will change it after the publish that means that I will need to update the application and on some store it will take a while

Hi Andrei,
No, probably not. When you push your app to the store, email us and let us know. We'll make a note internally but you don't need to change the key.

Ok thank you
