Can't add "people in this backdrop"

For this movie, haven't tried with others... but this is new, never had it! Refreshing and trying other backdrops of the movie doesn't help. https://www.themoviedb.org/movie/345438-ja-ik-wil?language=nl
While we're at it, also can't add Production companies.

Oh, I translated the movie to English, and now I can add people to backdrops..
Bug? Only being able to add them if the movie is also translated in English?
