Questions about the API usage

Hi everyone,
my team and I are very impressed of your API.
We'd like to use it in an mobile app that we're currently developing. So we have a few questions and it would be great if you could answer them soon.
Are we allowed to sell our app in the Google PlayStore, when it's using your API?
If not, are we allowed to make it available for free and gain revenues by in-app-adds?
I've read the Terms of Conditions and Use and there was written that you can add a fee for the API usage. Will you contact the users if that happens?
Also is it enough to include the TMDb logo and stuff in an "About..." or "Credits" part or are there more specific regulations?

Yes, you are. Just be sure to properly attribute TMDb as the source of the data and/or images you use.
Yes, we would but we don't charge for any usage at this time. We also don't have any plans on changing that anytime soon.
Yes, that is enough. We like to see a link off of the main detail pages where possible but that is not a firm requirement.
