Cast Ordering

Are the order values for the cast expected to be continuous from 0 to n-1? I noticed id=8208 has 0, 2, 3..10 and was just wondering if that should be expected.

Hi flynnwt,
They will always be in order but I wouldn't make a guarantee that they are always going to be continuous.
