Can't create new season

I want to clean a german tv show where all episodes are in one season which is wrong. But it seems I can't create a new season. Every time I add a new season the window appears I write down the needed stuff but saving does absolutely nothing and all I can do to close the window is cancel.

You mean Der Bulle von Tölz I would prefer the show as it is because the seasons only were created on DVD but there's no problem to create a new season as you can see https://www.themoviedb.org/tv/60809-der-bulle-von-t-lz/edit?active_nav_item=seasons

Ok, I understand, so it's more like 'Tatort', just a consecutive running tv show. The show is also locked on thetvdb.com site and trakt.tv pulls info from both sites which culminates in 14 seasons and the first season having 69 episodes. I guess you're not willing to lower you're high standards and change it to a not per se wrong format? Maybe I try to convince the person who locked this show on thetvdb.com. ...

I cannot see a wrong format, because Tatort for example has DVD-Boxes including epsiodes with special investigators Stöver, etc. which has nothing to do with the appearing on air what was continuous ,so the seasons here are including the episodes of a whole year instead of having them in one season with over 900 episodes.
Der Bulle von Tölz was a continuous series as well and later selling on DVD in 14 Seasons, but from my point of view it's possible to do it the other way in this case, maybe we should hear what other moderators are thinking about
