How to get movies and tv-shows that a person has been a part of?

How can you get both movies and tv-shows that an actor or director or any crew member has been a part of in a single request? From what I've seen the discover/tv method doesn't support with_cast or with_crew, so how are you supposed to find tv-shows with a certain actor for example?

You can't in a single request from a discover call, only a direct media query:
