Can not request api key

Hi,
i tried to request a api key and i was filled the form for this request.
After many days (with no answer) i removed the request to add a new on. Now i can not add a request... i get a error massage that it goes to a "We've run into a snag!" What goes wrong?

You should be able to request an API key again.
