Gravatar not cooperating

I'm confident I've set it up properly with a pic attached to my email here. All ratings show (I don't see where to choose one, as a previous poster did). Can you run you magical hashtag formula, or suggest the obvious step I've missed? Thanks!

Hi sitenoise,
We do cache the response from Gravatar so if you changed your avatar after logging in to TMDb for the first time it wouldn't be reflected until the cache expires. Normally I can do this manually for you but I am away on vacation and don't have access to my usual tools.
If your Gravatar hasn't updated by next Monday (July 27) message me here and I can do this for you.
