Discovery with exclusions

I am a new developer and wondering if it is possible to use the Discover feature with exclusions. For example:
1) Films that feature Harrison Ford but not James Earl Jones
or
2) Films featuring Harrison Ford but not Star Wars
or
3) Actors featured in Star Wars but not Harrison Ford
