User lists, Poster Image, unable to set and suddenly null?

Hi,
When calling: /account/6089455/lists
The Poster_Image is null, and our test hasn't failed so far (so it must not have been null at some point). I logged onto the TMDb site, but I'm unable to specify a poster image?

Scratch that, I'm gonna need more info. I thought I replicated this but I was wasn't able to.
What list doesn't have a poster? I checked my account lists and they are all fine.
