Changes - mailing list?

Hi,
Is there some mailing list where changes to the API are announced? I went through my library, and I found quite a set of differences.
An example is the genres/list which has been split into two. The old call is no longer documented - but still works. Such changes would be awesome to have itemized and published.

Yes, it is. Specifically, I'll always mention the latest changes in the "API Features/Changes" channel.
