Navigating to API page shows an error page

I had recently applied for a commercial API key. I received a reply indicating that because the application was in development, I should apply for a development key. So I deleted the commercial API key "post" and then navigated back to the tmdb site and clicked the "API" link. Unfortunately, now I receive an error message:
We've run into a snag! There was a problem trying to load this page. If you would like to share what happened, please let us know on the forums.
Can anyone help me with this?
