Hello, I created an API key request. Currently it is marked as "private". Am I supposed to make it public? How long does it usually take.

We haven't decided if the app will be free or if we will pursue monetization. I put down "commercial" because thats a possibility. But will that draw out the process involved with getting a key? I'm looking to start playing around with the API soon if that is possible.
