I was editing a Spanish movie to add the English translation and come across the alternate title element "type". please change this terminology to something more specific. I can only assume you mean "you need to change the "Movie Type" field". Is this a correct assumption and if so do I enter "Adult" as opposed to say "Family".
Also in you "Help" you mention changing "Account Setting" to search language of choice. Humm, what Account? My Google Browsing Account, My Microsoft Browsing Account, my desktop account...... Oh you mean my TMDB sign-up account!
Also I can only guess why there a 12 hour delay for changes to show up in the API. Would it be auditing, propagation, replication or some other reason. I would be interested to know even if the reason is highly technical for general users.

Hi Joe,
Type is meant to indicate the type of alternative title. You'll find things like "working title", "also known as" or "misspelling" as common values entered here.
There's only one account to do with anything TMDb. We have nothing to do with Google or Microsoft, so we will never assume anything but your TMDb account.
We cache requests on the API, this is the only reason there is a delay. Once the cached items expire, the next request will pickup any changes that have been made to that item.
Cheers.
