Convert API key from developer to commercial

I currently have a developer key which I used to develop an app. I know plan to submit the app to the app store for sale. I would like to either convert my developer key to a commercial key, or replace it with a commercial key. I don't see an option to place such a request on the website. I did send in an email, but have not yet received a response.
