Trying to create a, Fatal Fury Collector's Box Set, all three movies are in the database but can't seem to add them to the collection. Getting the "There were some validation errors.." Error!

Doesn't matter what I do i just cant seem to add these movies to the collection. Any suggestions or idea would be great.
