How do I get hold of films recently tagged by a specific keyword?

I need to be able to share information about films recently tagged with a specific keyword. These might be films added to themoviedb a long time ago, but recently tagged.
I'm also interested in how I can track when a film has had the specific keyword deleted from a listing.

Hi Barbara,
Changes on the website will be reflected on the API within around 8 hours of the change.

So there's no sorting mechanism by most recently tagged?

No, nothing like that. There really isn't much of a way I can imagine getting that data.
