We've submitted our API key request but heard nothing back. Any chance it can be processed?

Is there a particular place to request an API key? I simply sent an email but haven't heard anything back.

Hi bmhardy,
You can request an API key by clicking on the "API" link from within your account page on the left hand sidebar.
