Hi there,
I got a report today from a user and after taking a look at the issue, turns out that every request sent to the API returns with a 403. URL is valid, headers and data as well, looks like his domain is the cause (he's using 16mb.com to host his website). Any idea why this is happening and what could be done to fix it?
Regards, Charlie

Hi Charlie,
Where are you seeing this error? What request is producing it? The only place we serve a 403, is status code 8 as detailed in the status codes and the only method that can return that is adding duplicate items to a list.
