The Movie Database Support

Hello Support,

I'm coming back to you as our developpers encountered an unexpected behavior when using our allocated API key.

The exact error message is:

RESPONSE from production and debug proxy: Access-Control-Allow-Origin: * Content-Type: application/json;charset=utf-8 Date: Thu, 19 Feb 2015 21:37:58 GMT Server: nginx Status: 401 Unauthorized Content-Length: 86 Connection: Close l_text:{"status_code":7,"status_message":"Invalid API key: You must be granted a valid key."}

We already have check that we are using the right API key, which is the one allocated to us.

Could you help us please ?

Thank's in advance.

Kind Regards, Bruno.

Hi Bruno,

Using the key I see on file for your user (I've truncated it here for privacy reasons) seems to be working fine:

https://api.themoviedb.org/3/movie/550?api_key=10915b********

Make sure there aren't any missing chars or perhaps an extra space character and things like that.

Cheers.

Helo Travis,

Thank's for your quick answer. I will go back to our developper as, now, we are sure that the API key used is the right one.

Cheers, Bruno.
