W500 backdrop width

Hi, i noticed that there is also the W500 width for the backdrop, and for now i have found that size for all backdrop i have tried, i want know if this is an official resolution, because with the new iPhone 6 display, the w500 resolution it's the optimal one.

Hi Piero87,
Yes, it can be requested but it is not an officially supported one. Keep in mind that this means we could remove it at any time AND that the cache for these images is not going to be very full (so you'll generally see these assets are slower to download).
We have no plans to remove it, but I'm also pretty hesitant to open it up in the configuration method at this time.
