movie search with credits

Hi, I want to search for movies (type-ahead field) and show not only title, year and poster but also the cast. Obviously the append_to_response=credits won't work for searches. What is the recommended way of doing what I want? Thanks,

Hi juergenriemer,

You can do one of two things:

  1. Make subsequent calls to each ID on the fly. This has the downside of being slightly expensive, but is very simple to achieve.
  2. Bring the data in house and build your data model as needed to match your particular use. On the plus side you'd get everything you want exactly. On the down side you have to build a web service of your own.

e go to edit page

On TV season pages

→ (right arrow) go to next season
← (left arrow) go to previous season

On TV episode pages

← (left arrow) go to previous episode

On all image pages

a open add image window

On all edit pages

t open translation selector
ctrl+ s submit form

On discussion pages

n create new discussion
w toggle watching status
p toggle public/private
c toggle close/open

ctrl+ enter submit your message
→ (right arrow) next page
