Quick question with regards to my API application

I am just wondering how long an application takes to process? I know it's the holiday season and it will probably take longer than usual?
Just very keen to start development on my project and the outcome would determine how much work is involved.

Hi adambirdie,
It looks like you requested a commercial API key. Commercial API keys are manually approved by our legal team and can take a week or two to be approved. It all kind of depends on how busy they are.
If you're project is still in development, they'll ask you to request a developer key. I'll go ahead and deny your first request. Feel free to pop back in and request a developer key.

Thanks I have requested/received the developer key.
Quick question my concern was that I did a lot of development and my commercial Key maybe denied? I know you probably cant say but from reading my description request would it be likely to be denied once complete?
