Was there a known combined_credits issue in the past - or - is there a person/changes bug?

Hi
For Shirley Manson: http://www.themoviedb.org/person/548398-shirley-manson I seem to be missing the "Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles" tvshow credit in the "combined_credits" field, I only have 2 movie credits
There seem to be no changes to the person entity http://www.themoviedb.org/person/548398-shirley-manson/changes
What could be the reason that I'm missing the additional tv show credit? (At the time of my parsing, the tvshow entity wasn't registered in the combined_credits as I see from the data)

The "credits not showing up in the changes as designed" would explain my issues, can anyone clarify this?
I'm using a custom integration, so no additional libraries, I think if this is the case, I must implement a system to check whether movies/tvshows has new person's and trigger person updates in that case, which is pretty complicated
(i) Again a clarification would be great, so I can integrate the changes and possibly re-trigger person updates for persons with missing credits data
(ii) One side question is, does movie/tvshow changes trigger when there are cast updates -- or more importantly "Guest star" updates? (I see from some tvshow/movie changes that crew/cast/season_regular updates trigger changes, but I couldn't spot one for episode quest stars)

Hmm, that's great to see thank you, yet not very conclusive as the overview might have triggered the change too
The reason I'm asking was because this issue: http://tmdb.lighthouseapp.com/projects/83076/tickets/826-episode-image-not-triggering-a-change
I thought maybe the same could occur for quest_star-only changes
