Shouldn't the changes to this specific episode propagate to the tvshow?

I noticed that my system didn't pull the still_path from the changes logic/implementation
But I guess It's expected since the season/episode update is also missing here: https://www.themoviedb.org/tv/48866-the-100/changes
Am I missing something? I parse the root tv shows changes, from there the updates seasons, from there the updated episodes

Thanks a lot for the update, I'm extremely paranoid when it comes to synchronisations, so it's good to hear that the issue is known
Do you think existing un-updated episodes would automatically propagate and get-updated once the issue is fixed?
