Replaced several images for TV Episodes and as per wiki instructions been attempting to notify changes using 'report button' (to have lower quality images removed) - however its not working- with the following error "Failure: There was a problem sending your report".

Just noticed some of my notifications have appeared in the 'content issues' section, despite reporting a submission error?
