I found the same problem like https://www.themoviedb.org/talk/545d5ad9c3a368535d004c2f I try to request http://api.themoviedb.org/3/tv/top_rated?api_key=XXX&page=1 and get correct result, but page=2, page=3 etc. are same.

I hadn't seen that post until you mentioned it here.
