API request return HTTP/1.1 403 Forbidden

I've experiencing problem with API request since 4 hours ago, it's always return null, previously it's normal. If I copied request URL straight into browser, it return normal response. But when I use php curl, it's return nothing.
Is there something wrong with my request?

Hi ferdobae,
We had a huge amount of abuse coming from multiple IP ranges. Is the request that is now failing on a different IP address than the computer you’re testing with?
Where is your project hosted and what is it? Almost all of the cases we saw were some kind of PHP project advertising free streaming movies but we couldn’t ever find the source.
