The second one "tmdb3 by Toilal" seems to be duplicated, as it links to the source code for "pytmdb3 by wagner" (Toilal is even in the contributors listing https://github.com/wagnerrp/pytmdb3/graphs/contributors).

Notice that my point is only about the duplication, not about authorship, since I don't know the story of this code or the mentioned nicks.
