My preferred language is set to German. When I wanted to add new English episodes to an existing series, I set the language combo box to "English" and entered the episode name. But after saving and reloading the page the English episodes appeared on the German language page.

Hi, can anyone confirm this behaviour?

No, this is not the intended behaviour.
Can you give me an example where this happened? I'd like to look into the specific case.

Hi Travis, I observed this when I added episodes for http://www.themoviedb.org/tv/34474-the-famous-five

I had a similar problem. My preferred language was set to German and I couldn't new English episodes: the overlay window to enter episodes details couldn't be closed by clicking 'save', and after reloading the page the new episode was not displayed. Then I changed my preferred langute to Englich and I could add new episodes without problems.

I had the same thing! I created a new thread about it, which I shall now delete as I didn't know there was already a discussion about it.
I was updating the episode overviews for the fourth season of Dokter Tinus. I set my language to Dutch (because I was editing dutch content), and when I was at the season edit view and added the episode overviews for selected episodes all went OK.
But as soon as I (with my Dutch language setting) added new episodes, with Dutch overviews, I got the error that I was entering Dutch text, while English was expected. (You see, my site navigation language is English). Somehow, when adding new episodes (also when adding new tv shows and probably movies too, but not too sure about that as I never tried adding Dutch movies), it falls back to navigation language. As I mostly add episodes, shows and movies in English, I changed my navigation language to English.
But in such cases... haha! So yeah, I hope I still make sense... :)
How to reproduce the bug: Have your site navigation language on English (or any other language), and try to add a new episode with overview in for example Dutch, with the show/content language in that language.
