the image not appear

I add the poster and backdrop for movie Medicinen (imdb code 3117184). I wait for 10 minutes but it's not appear on my site. Is it any delay for the API tmdb? If yes when it will be appear?

Hi krisna,
The API has a 12 hour cache so depending when the item was originally cached you will have to wait upwards of 12 hours before you see your change.
