Using api in forms

I want to use the api in a win forms application and I found that your documentation shows web forms code so I found documentation and ddls on the following site : http://wattmdb.codeplex.com/documentation but it does not work, can anyone mabe help me?

I am not very familiar with what a win forms application is but is it safe for me to assume that a C# .Net library is what you need? If so, this library here looks to be fairly well maintained. Perhaps it’s a better starting place?

Win forms is a desktop application that runs in windows, The library from that link gives the correct data , but I would like to get the age restriction aswell, any way that will be possible?
