After trying to edit Rio to have ´Blue Sky Studios´ added to it, I noticed a couple of problems:

• Typing the studio name would not locate the existing studio.
• If you go with (Create) it will not succeed (although a success message is shown). No entry for the studio is shown.

I have noticed that trying to create a studio that already exist silently fails, it would be better to show some error message stating the studio already exist. On the other hand, sometimes studio creation simply fails regardless of the studio already existing or not.
