The images for the movies and persons are not loading on the website or they are loading very slow since the last few days and of course they are missing in the apps, too, is there any problem with the server or something else wong?

Nope, nothing is wrong that we’re aware of. It’s possible the CDN edge you connect to is having (or had) issues.

You can see they did have some issues in Frankfurt for few days, where are you located?

No I'm not in the region of Frankfurt but I had the problem the last three days, today there's no problem so maybe it was a temporary bug

Ya, must have been.
Our server infrastructure and CDN run on completely different providers. And while we manage our servers we don’t really manage any aspect of the CDN. With so many POP’s around the world (I think CLoudFlare has 26 locations) it is possible that one of them was having some issues. This makes it hard to be of any help though when the one I connect to is completely different than the one you do.

I've been receiving a few reports from various people around the world about corrupt image downloads. It's not something I can reproduce.
Do you think the CDN issues might have something to do with it?

It may, but this is the first I’ve heard about this... it could have just been a random issue in general, or a random issue with the particular edge server they connect to. I haven’t heard of anyone else with this issue though so it’s pretty hard for me to stipulate any further.
