Empty validation error when adding movie to collection

I'm trying to add https://www.themoviedb.org/movie/275303 to https://www.themoviedb.org/collection/275295 but get a validation error popup without message. Note that the movie references the collection, but is not shown as part of the collection, as if the link got added in one direction but not the other.
