I added a TV movie series "Great People of the Bible" one of the titles are listed on imdb [http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0475909], while the others are not. It is listed as a TV movie and as such I was hoping to know why they removed.

Hi,
Tmdb is not supporting DVD collection boxes. You added one entry for each DVD, that is not in accordance with the rules.
One entry like you linked for imdb is fine.
Thought I let one entry stay, but can not find it. My apologies for that.
Regards.

Hrm, well they are different movies, it is not a continuation or series, each is an individual movie on its own not directly linking to the previous or next. This would be a big kink for people that use the service for tagging or management, such as XBMC, as it would end up with every movie being tagged as the same exact movie, since there is not a way to differentiate. One could guess as to what movie you're playing out of the six, but really is that a reasonable thing to ask? Is there some way to handle this that I am unaware of, or perhaps this should be considered on a case by case basis.
Cheers for the reply and your time.

There is not a lot about the movies. Everything I could read - in more detail - was on Amazon. There I could see that the buyer described the package and I could read that there is one movie and the rest is more documentary with a narrator. If you can give me some sources, that would be helpful.
We always refer back to imdb and even there is just one movie.
I agree, but tmdb is not just a back-end for xbmc and other media player. We try to suit all the projects and tools that are linked to this webpage.
If you could give me something to verify that this are actually movies and not just DVD's with collections of bonus material and documentary then we can figure maybe something out.
I am still struggling that imdb has listed that just as one movie.

No worries mate, each one of the DVD's is an individual documentary covering the people noted in the title of each DVD. The DVD titled Mary of Nazareth was broadcasted in its entirety and as such is listed as a feature length title, While each of the others, likely due to their more documentary driven format, were aired in two parts, both parts of each documentary exist on a single DVD.
I suppose a very important distinction is that each of the documentary formatted DVDs are not extra content, but instead were broadcasted on television and viewed as stand alone content. It is actually erroneous to say that any of them were actual "motion pictures" as they are all documentaries, that being said, only the Mary of Nazareth title was given a larger cast.
All said there is a total of ~720 minutes of documentary time in the entire set, with each feature being of about the same length ~2hrs. I have the collection my self and have verified the run times myself.
One more thing that kind of gives away that the IMDB page is lacking is the cover is that of the Apostle Paul, that being one of the documentaries and not that of Mary of Nazareth which, if any, is considered closest to a feature length title format.

Ok, I've read the family christian page and was reading on some other pages as well. I don't see any good reason to not allow it here.
I am still not happy that we can not give the entries a imdb number to refer it back, but it will be like that.
Just please, no additional content in the title like DVD; CD or Disc 123 just the title.
*Great People of the Bible: Abraham, Sarah, Isaac, Jacob & Joseph
*The Gift of Jabez
and so on
Thanks

No worries mate, do I need to recreate the entries or can they be restored? Either way is fine with me.
Oh and thanks for your time.

It is better you start over, quite not sure if it is possible to restore them that easily.
Sorry
