That was my fault. I'll push a fix for this right away.

Fix for this is in the midst of being deployed. You should see them start working in ~ 5 minutes.

P.S. I've also pushed the name changes to the favorite and watch list methods. If you're in there working in this area, you might as well change them:

/account/{id}/rated/movies
/account/{id}/rated/tv
/account/{id}/favorite/movies
/account/{id}/favorite/tv
/account/{id}/watchlist/movies
/account/{id}/watchlist/tv
