Hello, I post on the forum because I have a problem to add a crew member in the dedicated section. I chose to add a member, a window opens, I type the name (Robert Clotworthy) that already exists in the database then I put his job and I agree but then nothing. The window remains open and if I close the window and refresh the page, the entry disappears from the list as if I had done nothing.
The "names of jobs" are specific? Button what appears to be a drop down menu does absolutely nothing.
Thank you in advance for your help.

Hi Levi59,
It doesn't sound like you're selecting the job. As you type and the drop down filters, you need to either click (with your mouse) or use your arrow keys and hit 'enter' to actually select the job you're attaching to this credit.

That's the point... There is no list of job when i use the button or arrow keys.

You need to start typing the job out. It's an autocomplete field.

I also tried but no way to find a word that works. I tested "Narrator" in English and french (my language) and "Voice" but nothing ...

I don't believe we have narrator as a job.
For a narrator, you should add them as an actor and then the "Character Name" as "Narrator".

Hi, I'm having this same kind of problem. I type a name on the crew page, then select the job for the person, hit "Save" and nothing happens. If I "X" out of the entry, the name appears, but then no more crew can be added and when refreshing the page, the person that appeared to be added disappears. This only happens on the crew page -- cast page is fine.
