Upload images error??

Hi, I want to upload a poster image to Jack Hunter Trilogy collection, the image is jpg 1000x1500, when I upload the image, the name of file in the upload manager is wirtted in red and a alert icon appears, Why don't have upload the new poster??? Thank's !!!
