Default locale now playing method

Heey,
since you can't fetch that list by locale, I'd like to know what locale is used by default? USA?

Whichever release has been marked as "primary". In the event no release has been marked as the primary, we default to U.S. Finally, in the event there's no U.S. release, the first by date.
