Discover with release_date.lte returning Movies greater than specified

When I do a /3/discover/movie and specify a release_date.lte I get back results with at least one movie with a release date greater than specified. The following will return Cyber with a release date of 2015-01-16

https://api.themoviedb.org/3/discover/movie?release_date.lte=2014-05-12&language=en&with_genres=28&sort_by=release_date.desc&api_key=[api_key]&page=1
