A list of ratings of a guest session would be nice to have (similar to this: /3/account/{id}/rated_movies)
Are such requests/inspirations for the api welcome here? :p

They are welcome here! Sorry for the late reply, I was busy with some stuff this week and didn't get a chance to look at this until now.
I like this idea, actually. It's pretty easy to implemented too. I've created a new ticket for it here.
