"undeleted" movies

Hello, I'm seeing some movies that supposedly were deleted before, but alive now.
For example, I have Scary Movie 5 (4258) in our deleted list, and the only way an item can get in there is either we've seen adult:null in changes API, or it's detail page returned 404.
Now I of course think it must be a problem on our end (although can't figure it out exactly), but maybe there was some change or a bug in API that could've caused real movies report as deleted, or new movies take old IDs?

Hi dmishe,
Nope, nothing like that can happen as far as I know. Ids are not reused.
There's maybe one way I was thinking, which would be if someone changed it to a movie collection (but then later it was changed back) but I took a look through the change history and didn't see that ever happen.
I don't think there's any way on our end that what you describe could have happened.
