Add New Movie button gives me error 500

Hi, for the first time I tried to add a missing movie, but when I click "Add New Movie", I get "error 500—Ruh-roh!" and it tells me to report this in the forums. Is something wrong on your server, or am I being blocked for some mysterious reason?
