It seems as though you are entering text in Afrikaans while browsing in English. Did you know that TMDb natively supports translations? If you believe this to be an error, stop by the forums and let us know.

This is what I'm getting except I'm entering text only in English it's the only language i know

The only text we check is the overview. Can you paste me the overview you were trying to add?
