Unable to retrieve API key

Hi! I'm getting the dreaded "500-Ruh-roh!" error when I try to access my API key from my profile page. I'm not sure who to ask about getting that straightened out, and this seemed like as good a place as any. :-) If I'm in the wrong spot, could someone point me in the right direction? Thanks!
