Unable to update account / API info

I seem to be unable to update any of my account info, likewise I am unable to update the name of my API application. When ever I change some data and press update nothing happens.

What browser are you using? I've heard from some users in the past about this but can't reproduce it. I'm wondering if it's an IE thing.

I'm currently using a fully updated version of Chrome and I also just tried it with IE 11 just to check, same issue.
This is a cut and dry dump from the network traffic when I submit in chrome. Strange thing is I can see the changed name going over the wire... (removed session cookie)
